  • Preserved moss is designed to last for many years with proper care. It maintains its vibrant color and texture without the need for water or sunlight, making it a perfect low-maintenance addition to any space.

  • No need to water! Unlike live plants, preserved moss is not living and requires no water or sunlight. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight as it can affect the texture of the moss over time.

  • Preserved moss is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in shaded environments. However, it is better suited to and will have a longer lifespan indoors. For outdoor installations, it’s important to protect the moss from excessive moisture and too much direct sunlight to maintain its appearance.

  • If needed, you can use a soft brush, feather duster, or very gently blow with a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris. Avoid using water or any chemical sprays, as this can damage the moss.

    This warranty covers any defects under normal use, but does not extend to damage occurring from misuse/mistreatment of moss or frames.
